Assalamualikum,

when grammatically breaking down a sentence, how would you indicate that a verb is in the present tense, as well as when a verb is in the future tense?

Hope my question isn't confusing! Embarassed

Fatima

وعليكم السلام

Present tense verb =
فِعْلٌ مُضَارِعٌ (Yet to be covered).

Past tense verb = فِعْلٌ مَاضٍ مَبْنِيٌّ عَلَى الْفَتْحِ

Future tense = Not yet covered (Just need to state that it is a verb in your homework).

Sorry, I don't know how to break it down any more...

مع السلامة
