Translation of an ayah from Suratin Nisaa' - 3

انظُرْ كَيْفَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ

انظُرْ كَيْفَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ

انظُرْ - Look (M1) (imperative)
كَيْفَ - how
يَفْتَرُونَ - they(m3+) are languid [in]*
عَلَى - upon
اللَّهِ - Allah
الْكَذِبَ - lying

Translation: See how they are languid in lying about Allah

*According to Hans Wehr فتر is to become: listless, languid, lax also to subside, slacken etc consequently I think here the idea being conveyed is that of the disbelievers giving little thought to the act of lying about Allah therefore there is almost a sense of casualness to their action.
